All bookings are subject to availability and some dates may be unavailable, alternative dates will always be offered. Try to book at least 3-4 weeks ahead.

If we can not operate due to bad weather or circumstances out of our control, you will be able to select an alternative future date to enjoy your experience, subject to availability.

Bookings require a deposit and can not be refunded, only moved to an alternative future date, providing the cancellation is made 48 hours before the event.

Players are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before their experience start time, to allow time to receive kit tutorials and the mandatory safety brief.  Any players not present for the safety brief ca lead to your experience being delayed or cancelled.

Any players who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play and will be asked to leave the experience with no refund.

The experience organisers are responsible for the behaviour of their group and will be liable for the full amount owed for their groups experience including any monies outstanding at the time of the experience.
